Fishball Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
o 2 tablespoon flour
o 2 tablespoon cornstarch
o salt and pepper
o 6 tablespoon brown sugar
o 2 cups water
o 1/2 cup soy sauce
o 3 cloves garlic (sliced)
o 1 medium size onion
Instructions
First dissolve flour and cornstarch into a small bowl add 1 cup of water stir well to
dissolve. Then set aside.
Next in a pot heat oil and sauté garlic and onion then add 2 cups of water
Then add 1 tbsp. of soy sauce and add 6 tbsp. Of brown sugar stir well to dissolve
Once its boiling adds the water mixture slowly with flour and cornstarch while stirring
and let it cook for a few minute until the right texture is met.
Then after that turn off the heat and let it cool then transfer it into a container.
