Zingy Parcel Recipe - Dominos Style


| Paneer Zingy Veg Parcel

Ingredients:

For Dough:

 1 Cup Milk Warm
 1 Tsp Sugar
 1 Tsp Dry Yeast
 2 Cup Maida
 2 Clove Garlic Finely Chopped
 ½ Tsp Mixed Herbs
 ½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
 ½ Tsp Salt
 2 Tsp Oil

For Stuffing:

 2 Tbsp Oil
 2 Clove Garlic Finely Chopped
 2 Tbsp Sweet Corn
 2 Tbsp Eggless Mayonnaise
 ½ Tsp Mixed Herbs
 ½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
 ½ Tsp Chilli Powder
 ½ Tsp Salt
 ½ Cup Paneer Cubes
 Cheese Grated
 ½ tsp Harissa sauce

Instructions

 How To Make Dough:

Firstly, in a large bowl take ½ cup warm milk, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp dry yeast. Mix well and allow the yeast to activate. Once the
yeast activates, add 2 cup Maida, 2 clove garlic, ½ tsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp salt. Mix well and start to knead
the dough. Add milk as required and knead to smooth dough. Now add 2 tsp oil and continue to knead the dough. Tuck the
dough, cover and rest for 2 hours or until the dough doubles in size.

 How To Make Paneer Stuffing:


Add ½ firstly, in a large pan heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté 2 clove garlic and sauté. Now add 2 tbsp sweet corn and sauté well. Also
add 1/2 tbsp harissa sauce, 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise, ½ tsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp salt.
Mix well making sure everything is well combined. Further, add ½ cup paneer and mix well. Stuffing is ready, keep it aside.

 How To Shape Paneer Parcel:


After the dough has rested for 2 hours, punch the dough gently and knead slightly. Pinch a ball sized dough and roll gently. Fold
the sides shaping into a triangle. Place a tsp cheese, followed by 1 tbsp prepared paneer stuffing and cheese. Seal the tips with
water and bring them together. Brush the parcel with milk to get a golden colour. You can bake in kadai for 20 minutes or bake
in the oven for 15 minutes. Now brush with butter to get the shiny crust. Finally, enjoy zingy parcel recipe with sauce.
