Digital Instruction Resources Checklist for Principal and Teachers

Use this checklist to ensure that all necessary digital instruction resources are in place for
effective teaching and learning.

Essential Resources:
☐ Learning Management System (LMS) platform is set up and accessible to all teachers and
students.

☐ Digital devices (computers, tablets, etc.) for teachers and students are available and
functional.

☐ Reliable internet connectivity is available in the school premises.

☐ All necessary software and applications are installed and updated on the devices.

☐ Online communication tools for teachers, students, and parents are identified and
accessible.

Content and Curriculum:


☐ Digital textbooks or online resources aligned with the curriculum are selected and
available.

☐ Lesson plans and instructional materials are digitized and organized for easy access.

☐ Additional digital resources (videos, interactive activities, educational websites, etc.) are
identified and included in the lesson plans.
