SCHEDULE

● MEET AND GREET DAY ONE: Arrive at 5:00pm

● MEET AND GREET DAY TWO: Arrive at 4:00pm
● SISTERHOOD DAY: Arrive at 9:00am
● HOUSE TOURS: Arrive at 7:30am
● PREFERENCE DAY: Arrive at 5:00pm
● BID DAY: Arrive at 4:00pm *SUBJECT TO CHANGE*

*If you absolutely cannot make it at the designated time please let me know
ASAP, I know the schedule says “PNMS arrive between (time)-(time)” but we
need y’all to be there as early as possible to line y’all up for parties, hand out
name tags, etc. and we cannot be late*

WHERE TO MEET

*This will be where y’all will be meeting when you arrive, and when there is any
downtime between parties if you aren’t scheduled for a party, basically where
our group is stationed at for recruitment*

● MEET AND GREET DAY ONE

○ PNMS will meet with 5 sororities…
○ WEAR MEET AND GREET T SHIRT
○ Ideas: pair it with jeans/belt, skirt, sandals, wedges, heels, etc.
○ You can tie the shirt to crop it, but please don’t cut the shirt

● MEET AND GREET DAY TWO

○ PNMS will meet with the other 5 sororities
○ WEAR MEET AND GREET T SHIRT AGAIN

● SISTERHOOD DAY
○ Meet with up to 8 sororities
○ Wear a dress, a romper, cute top and skirt (it gets dressier
each day)

● HOUSE TOURS
○ Meet with up to 5 sororities
○ Wear a dress or romper (getting dressier still)

● PREFERENCE DAY
○ Meet with up to 2 sororities
○ I would wear a dress with heels (dressiest day of them all)
○ MRABA signing will take place after all parties are over.

● BID DAY
○ Wear like a t shirt and neutral shorts (white/black) I would
wear white because it goes with almost anything
○ Wear comfy shoes (you’ll be running) like air forces or
something
○ The sorority you receive a bid from will give you a shirt to
wear after you run home so you will match their bid day
theme (you won’t know what theme till bid day)
 *After each party you go to, make notes in your phone about thoughts you
have on the chapter, how you felt about it, etc. THIS WILL HELP YOU SO MUCH
WHEN IT COMES TIME TO VOTE. You will be meeting with a lot of chapters,
and I promise you that you’ll forget conversations you had, so as soon as you
leave a party TAKE SOME NOTES*

VOTING

● You guys will be voting in the PNM Companion App

○ Your login is the same as your campus director
● I will give y’all a code when you are ready to vote on the chapters
you would like to go back to
○ The code changes everyday so you must meet with me
before you vote so I can give it to you
● If you have any questions or concerns about chapters you visited or
are unsure what order to rank them, come see me and I will help
you.

● Fill this out ASAP

DISAFFILIATION

● We are disaffiliated from our chapters to give you guys have an

unbiased opinion to help you find your homes
 ● At the VERY end, we will let y’all make a video guessing what
chapter AP and I are in (I’ll make a tiktok hahaha) but PLEASE wait
till the very end of recruitment when we say so.
● If y’all already know what chapter AP and I are in, PLEASE keep
that to yourselves because it may make someone else
uncomfortable if they find out and feel as if they can’t go to us for
help. Also, it ruins the fun on bid day and no one likes a spoiler lol.
We are so excited to surprise you guys, so don’t be that person who
ruins it for us as Pi Chis (this is the fun part for us). Just don’t do it
please.

COVID

● Notify us immediately if you have symptoms

● Go to student health and get tested if you have been exposed or
have symptoms
● DON’T COME… it’s not the end of the world because you guys have
the opportunity to continue recruitment virtually till you’re cleared
from quarantine or come back with a negative test.
● I hate covid and I know y’all do too, so please comply with these
rules Panhellenic put in place so it doesn’t spread like wildfire
again making everyone have to go back online.

*I’ll be sending y’all the general schedule of recruitment for each day THIS IS
NOT YOUR PARTY SCHEDULE it is just a list of times when every single party
will occur.*

*Bring something like homework or whatever to keep yourselves occupied

during downtime in between parties or when you aren’t scheduled for a party*

I NEED Y’ALL TO BE ON TIME. At the latest 40 minutes before each party starts.
Please arrive by the times I’ve listed above and if something happens like your
car got towed, you're in an emergency blah blah blah TEXT ME
IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!! You should have your excusals sent in and your parties will
already have been adjusted based on what you sent in. Being late for anything
 else is NOT an excuse and missing a party will result in withdrawal from
recruitment… and who wants that? Not y’all
Lastly, relax… I know y’all are probably nervous about everything, but that’s
what Pi Chis are here for. If you have any questions about the process, what
they may ask during each round, what to wear, etc., ask us. If you need to rant,
rant to us. If you just wanna talk because you’re bored, come talk to us. It will
get stressful at times, you may feel upset, tired, overworked, annoyed...but
guess what… that’s what we are here for. I want y’all to feel comfortable talking
to us about literally ANYTHING!!! I am totally open to sharing with y’all my
experience and emotions when I went through recruitment!

This will be one of the best experiences you guys have and you will meet so
many amazing people! Trust the process, be open minded, be yourself and
have fun. I LOVE YOU GUYS! Get some rest!!!
