Method : Immunochromatography
Sensitivity : Dengue NS1 Ag 92.8 %, Dengue IgG IgM Ab 99.4 %
Specificity : Dengue NS1 Ag 98.4 %, Dengue IgG IgM Ab 93.0 %.
Limitations :
This is only a screening test. Therefore, isolation of virus, antigen detection in fixed tissue, RT-PCR and serological test like
haemagglutination inhibition test, more specific alternative diagnostic method must be used in order to obtain a confirmation of dengue virus
infection.

**Reactive samples should be confirmed at national virology lab/CMHO authorized virology lab.
