Online choice filling will begin on 30th March 2023 at 10.00.AM and
responses will be closed on 01st April 2023 at 5.30 PM.
General guidelines for Selection of AEC

 Under Graduate students of IV semester of the following departments: CSIT,

Forestry, Rural Tech, Biotech, Botany, Physics, Electronics, Mathematics, Hindi,
English, Political Science, Economics, History, Journalism, Chemistry, Forensic
Sciences, Social Work, Anthropology, Commerce, Zoology
 Students will have to select One Ability Enhancement Course elective in the IV
semester along with their core Courses and DSE.
 Maximum seats for any AEC elective courses for UG programme is 75.
 Students will have to choose one AEC elective from a pool of Courses (Drop down
list) offered by other departments, which they haven’t studied in previous
semesters.
 Please do not select the course you have already studied in previous
semesters.
 Please do not select course offered by your parent department.
 12 choices to be filled by each student.
 Selection of electives is on first come first serve basis (based on individual choice list)
 Fill all the personal details as required in google form
 List of AEC will appear with name of the offering Department and course code.
 Select the AEC elective of your choice from the dropdown list provided.
 Once you have submitted your options, the selected elective will be locked
 Options once submitted cannot be changed under any circumstances.
 No request for change of course will be entertained until duly recommended by
the parent department HOD with valid reason. (subject to availability of seats).
 After 5th April NO request for Change of Course will be considered.
(if any under special case may be considered as per rule with the payment of
prescribed fee through Examination Section)
