CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

Collection of Information
You have been asked to participate in a linguistic and translation research study
which may collect some of your personal and medical information. You
acknowledge that this study is focused solely on the translation efforts of the
translator and that no use will be made of such information other than to
establish that the translator has correctly and appropriately translated the
information that you have supplied. All information that is collected will be kept
confidential by TransPerfect except that TransPerfect may examine the
information to determine if such translation was accurate.

Any thoughts, ideas expressed, or notes made during the interview will become
the property of TransPerfect to consider in connection with its own business
operations without restriction and you are not due any further compensation in
connection with your participation in this study.

Non-disclosure
All information and materials provided to you by Transperfect which are shown or
discussed during this study are experimental in nature and, by signing below, you
agree must be treated confidentially by you. You agree that you shall not use or
disclose this information in any manner with any third party during, or at any time
following, this interview. You acknowledge that these techniques and procedures
are the valuable business and confidential information of TransPerfect.

By signing this document below, you acknowledge that you understand and
agree to the restrictions and conditions set forth above and that you waive and
release any claim you have against TransPerfect and its clients, owners, agents,
affiliates, employees and managers arising out of your participation in the
research study.
