*7 Board exams results: Pass percentage.
*8 A+ & A's average is to be entered here after multiplying them with the fixed number decided in the meeting as : 40 and above till 59,9 of matric section wise by 2, 60 and above till 74,9 by 1,5, 75 and above till 84.9
by 1.25 and 85 and above by 1.
*9 With the help of # of leaves to the total working days, percentage of regularity is calculated in both the shifts. Leaves means all the leaves e.g corona, umra, met or any other leaves.
*10 Feed back percentage taken from students at the end of acedemic year.

*11 Teacher is given weightage out of 100. Minimum weightage is 50.

*12 Puncuality means in time arrival, in time departure, in time test returning, in time any ther duty performance. Minimum weightage is 50.

*15 Grades are entered from A to D: A for 85% and above, B for 75 to 84.9, C for 65 to 74.9 and D for les than 65%.
