Respected sir,
I, Ashish Gulabani, Father of Hetvi (Student of Class V-A- KV IIT Chennai Campus).
We want to take transfer to KV NAD Karanja due to job my job transfer.
Hetvi is good student, active participant in all the school activities like,
1. She is member of Choir Group (sings prayer daily in school)
2. She is a member of Bulbul Club (Heerak pankh) under Bharat Scouts and Guides
3. She is winner of collage making on festival competition in class IV.
4. She participates in singing competitions and other singing programmes.
5. She is good in study too and many more activities like fancy dress and others.
Reason- My wife is at IIT Chennai so Hetvi was studying there and I was also working from
home for company, now due to sudden shift in job I have to move to navi Mumbai (Address-
C-606, Akshar Estonia, Nr. Dronagiri Railway Station), So I want that my daughter’s further
study should pursue at KV NAD karanja.
Category Shift: - At Navi Mumbai I’m working for company named RSJV, which is private
company, as per admission norms I fall under category 5, while in KV IIT, Hetvi has taken
admission under category 1 (As wife is in IIT Chennai). Kindly consider this shift as grant
admission to Hetvi as we want that she should continue the best education.
Admission/Transfer in KV NAD, karanja will give certain benefit to Hetvi, in terms of good
education, no drastic change in study environment. Another reason to consider is that in Uran
area locality only KV NAD karanja ha CBSE affiliation and we as parents don’t want to
disturb her study continuation in terms of pattern.
Kindly consider this application as request to get admission/transfer to KV NAD karanja
from KV IITM campus Chennai.
