I am Aikansh Gupta pursuing B.A.(prog.) course at Zakir Hussain
Delhi College (eve ). My course was started in year 2014. My Examination
Roll No. is 14086201374 and College Roll No. is 14/32.
I want to acknowledge that I have started preparation for U.P.S.C.
exams for which I have shifted to Rajendra Nagar last year as it provides the
best environment for the I.A.S preparation. So I am finding it extremely
difficult to commute to the college from Rajendra Nagar as it takes quite a
long time and even it impend serious travel costs which I cannot bear. Most
importantly after so much of travelling I am almost deprived of energy. I am
therefore planning to take migrate to another college closer to Rajendra
Nagar.
In this regards, I will request you to issue me a Non-Objection
Certificate for migration purpose so that I can apply to any other
college. So its my humble request that kindly give me Non-Objection
Certificate as soon as possible.
