Dear Sir /Madam

Apply for Medical Council Registration

I'm Udeshya Chamarindu Weerathunga. I have applied and registered for Medical course of Tianjin
medical university in China for this year and this course is planned to commence on 1 st of September
2021. Now I have already been received Offering letter from Tianjin medical university. So far I applied
to an online application of SLMC on 27th May 2021 and waiting for an interview. It is important to
mentioned that time slot provided for the renewal in list of recognized foreign medical university for
Tianjin Medical University will be ended on 12 June 2021 and unless I registered in SLMC before due
date I will have to stay indefinite time to apply until Tianjin university gain the access to the
aforementioned list. But still I haven't received any date for an interview from your office. Please kind
enough to pay attention on my SLMC Registration as soon as possible before due date of 12 June 2021.

In addition that owing to these current situation though I applied for my original printed A/l certificate
and I don’t receive it yet however I was able to upload the online verification results sheet for SLMC
website and I hope to submit original certificate in my interview.
