Subject: Withdrawal of marksheet through a junior.

Respected ma’am

With a heavy heart, I am writing this application to you. Few days ago, I had to be operated owing to
a cyst in my leg. Now I am doing better, I am recovering. The only good news is that I got admission in
Lucknow University with AIR 8. For the same I require following documents-

a) Marksheet
b) Transfer certificate

These documents are required by the other university on an urgent basis for submission and
acquiring a seat in the university. Please issue the following documents to my junior Aashee ali
who will forward these to me. I wanted to personally come and meet, but the distance and
situation doesn’t allow me to. I look forward to visit as soon as I am over with my 15 days bed
rest period. Thankyou
