Permission to Change Clubs.

Dear Ma’am.
I am writing this letter is to formally notify of my decision to change clubs from Photography
Club to English Club. I have taken this decision after thorough deliberation and I believe it is
in my best interest to move on.

As per school policy, I would be requested to write a letter with matters of changing a Co-
curriculum club. As the time the link to choose clubs had been given through google forms I
did my due diligence and selected my choices as I selected the English Club option and went
next page, the form got reloaded. I reselected English Club twice but the option was not
there anymore. Therefore, I had no choice but to choose Photography Club even though I
am still extremely keen to join the English Club.

As it my humble request to the panels of Co-curriculum and the Head of Co-curriculum Puan
Shahin Shahdah binti Ali Nafia to allow me to join English Club. I have spoken to Miss
Ashuwany regarding this matter and she guided me to request by writing a letter. Should
you have any clarifications do not hesitate to contact me at 5 Cendana.
