Welcome back to the BodyCog Mind Rewire Reboot

You’re now in Phase 2 of the 14 Day Challenge

The goal for this Phase is to look at what you’ve achieved so far, and to figure out
how you can keep this going well into the future.

With any goal you want to achieve

PROMPT 5

Whether it’s becoming less anxious so you finally have peace of mind

PROMPT 6

Or less stress so you can get more done

PROMPT 7

There are several components that will allow you to build on your momentum well
into the future

PROMPT 8

First, you have the reason you joined this challenge in the first place

PROMPT 9

Think back to the goals you filled in at the beginning of this journey

PROMPT 10

Once you’ve unlocked the MindBody OS at the end of this phase

PROMPT 11

You’re going to be given tools that allow you to deepen these goals, so they act as a
guiding purpose for you to continue your work

Second, you have the structure of the goal - the environment you’re in when you’re
working toward it
PROMPT 13

Chances are you joined this reboot because you’d tried doing things on your own
before, or used tools that didn’t work

Putting everything together yourself wasn’t working

That’s the power of having a coach and community that have already achieved what
it is you’re looking to do

By trying to do it yourself, you may get some results… but most of what you’re
learning takes a while to click

That was exactly the same for me - whilst I went to therapists, nutritionists, personal
trainers…

Because none of them integrated everything together, it took me nearly a decade to


put everything together using the Mind Rewiring Model.
