NEET 2024 Reduced/Deleted Syllabus

The NEET 2024 syllabus has been announced by the National Medical Commission (NMC). As compared to the previous
years, there have been some major changes announced in the syllabus. In each of the three subjects, some chapters or
topics have been removed, and a few have been added. NTA released the NEET 2024 syllabus PDF, mentioning the
deleted syllabus of NEET 2024. The NEET 2024 exam will be conducted on May 5, 2024.

The number of chapters in the deleted syllabus of NEET 2024 Biology is the lowest. Unlike Chemistry, which has seen the

NEET 2024 Exam Pattern

Although there have been massive changes in the NEET 2024 syllabus in terms of NEET deleted syllabus, there is no
information or update regarding the NEET 2024 exam pattern. Hence, it can be considered that the NEET exam pattern will
remain the same as last year. The following table brings the NEET exam pattern or structure based on last year.
