D: Hello, do you know we are responsible for organising a foreign language week at school? Lets
talk about that?
A: Hi, yes, I know. The first we can talk about invitations. Do you have ideas?
D: I think we can do cards invitations with lovely design, i think it's always nice to get real invitation
even small card but also we can do email invitation because it's easier to make and people will get
them faster.

A: Nice idea. I think also we can hang out the posters with invitations in other schools.
D: Yea, that's good idea. So what's about the time of the event? In my opinion we can do at 9 am.
A: I think we can do a little bit later, maybe at 10 am.

D: At 10 am? Yes, that would be better. At 9 am may be too early.

A: Okay, then lets talk about activities on this event. In my opinion first we need to decide what day of
the week for what language. I think Monday can be Lithuanian day, Tuesday – English day, Wednesday –
Russian day, Thursday – Germany and Friday will be French language day.

D: Lithuanian isn't foreign language for us so we can do at monday italian language.

A: Okay, so you have ideas for activities?

D: If people would like to relax they can watch a movie on foreign language, if they want to use language
in the talk they can play "who am I?" And quess who they are while asking different question on foreign
language.

A: Ou, good ideas. Hmm, also the participants can practise tongue twisters in different languages. For
example: On Wednesday people will practice tongue twisters in Russian language and who will do this
better of others receive the prizes.

D: Oh, exactly let's talk about the prizes. I think the best prize are books. But also may be coupons,
sweets, certificates,stationery supplies and so on.

A: That do you think about chocolate medals or statuettes?

D: Statuettes sounds good. People will like it! But what about the financial support?

A: Amm, I think that the school would help us with funding.

D: I think the same. And if talk about who could help to organize event, we can ask to help all students
who have some time.

A: Well, I think the teachers also will not mind helping us. What about people who will participate?

D: The way I see things is that all people who want can participate.

A: I think so too. Now we need to decide what kind of decorations we can do. In my opinion we can use
flags of different countries, flowers or something similar.

D: Good idea. We can also use garlands, posters and drawings.

A: Yea , it’s also good.

D: And finally we should talk about the closing ceremony. Have you got any ideas?
A: Yes, we can do sweet table with sweets, fruits, drinks. Also something like disco with music and songs
in different languages.

D: One of ideas may be to sing songs on different languages.

A: It seems like we discussed about everything.
