Homework:

The following are the last four premises for Christian Counseling that was discussed in the lesson. Please
write the bible verse that was associated with each premise, then write the verse out as it reads in the
Bible.

1. Different Perspective (Proverbs chapter 12 verse 15) - “The way of fools seems right to them,
but the wise listen to advice”.

2. Healing (Proverbs chapter 12 verse 18) - “The words of the reckless pierce like swords,
but the tongue of the wise brings healing”.

3. Knowledge (Proverbs chapter 18 verse 5) - “It is not good to be partial to the wicked
and so deprive the innocent of justice”.

4. Hope (Romans chapter 15 verse 4) - "For everything that was written in the past was written to teach
us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we
might have hope”.
