Emily Park
Customers Relation Director
EverLuxe Enterprises
123 Main Street
Davao City, 8000

Dear Ms/Mrs. Park,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent
purchase of a washing machine from your company, which I believe is covered under warranty.
On September 30, 2023, I bought a EverLuxe washing machine, model 610419, from your
store, EverLuxe Enterprises, located at 123 Main Street, Davao City. Initially, I was excited
about the purchase, as your products have always had a good reputation for quality and
reliability. However, I have encountered a persistent issue with the washing machine. The
problem I’m experiencing is a loud and unusual noise during the spin cycle. This noise is not
only disruptive but also raises concerns about the machine’s functionality and potential long-
term damage.
To provide context, I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt and a video recording that
captures the noise issue during operation. I understand that manufacturing defects can
occasionally occur, but I had expected a product of this caliber to perform flawlessly. Given that
the washing machine is still under warranty, I kindly request that you take prompt action to
resolve this issue.
My preferred resolution would be to have a technician from your company inspect and repair the
washing machine as soon as possible, preferably within the next week. If the issue cannot be
resolved through repair, I request that you arrange for a replacement unit to be delivered to my
address.
I value your brand and hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Please contact
me at 09519172389 or galeosdave@gmail.com to arrange the service appointment or discuss
further details.
I appreciate your attention to this issue and your commitment to customer satisfaction. I look
forward to a timely resolution to ensure the washing machine operates as expected.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Jane Dave T. Galeos
