CLUB FEST ITINERARY

DAY 1 (6th Sept)

All of you are requested to assemble in the 3rd floor

seminar hall by 1:55 pm.

★ Inaugural Ceremony ( 2pm to 2 :25 pm )

★ 2:30 pm to 4pm - Club competitions

All the clubs will proceed to their respective venues where

the competitions will be held simultaneously.

Art Club - Class Room opposite the 3rd floor seminar hall (a
poster will be put up indicating the same)

Literary Club (exposition) - Class room opposite the 4th

floor seminar hall

Quiz Club - 4th floor seminar hall

Music Club - 3rd floor seminar hall

4pm dispersal.

DAY 2 (7th Sept)

All of you are requested to assemble at the respective

venues
 ★ 2pm to 3:30 pm - club competitions (simultaneously)

Theatre Club - Basement

All the club students are requested to stayback on 7th

September, as there will be prize distribution.
They are requested to watch the skits put up by the drama
club in the basement.

Quiz Club - 4th floor seminar hall

Literary Club (freestyle writing) - class opposite the 4th

floor seminar hall

★ Closing Ceremony and Prize distribution
