The following guided procedure illustrates how to replace the step capacity
control with the stepless capacity control using the kit T00WK1602

1. Remove the coils and solenoid valves (V1,V2,V3)

2. Remove the plate W3501093 with the capillary

W350A138 in the read borders

3. Remove the gasket W3501092

4. Clean the surface

5. Place the gasket W3421092 as in figure.

The gasket is identified with notch.

6. Assemble the stepless capacity plate with 2x (M8x20)

and 4x (M10x30) bolts without tightening them.

7. Add some liquid Teflon® on the NPT thread and

assemble the two 1/8” NPT 1/4” SAE nipples
in the position identified by the red circle.

8. Assemble the last M10x30.

9. Place the gaskets W210066, the three solenoid valves

and the capillary W390A138.
All the valves must be assembled in the same position.
Important note:
for the valve V2 the pin in the red circle
must be removed !

10. Tighten all the bolts, starting from the M10 (see tightening torque table)
11. The new plate can be recognised by the notch on its edge (between V1 and V2, see below)

12. Follow the below table for the stepless capacity control logics:

* The time should be set to approximately 5 seconds on / 5 seconds off.

** Pulse time is approximately 0.5-1 seconds
However, the right timing depends on the system operating conditions, and the use of adjustable time relays is recommended.

The following guided procedure illustrates how to replace the Step Capacity
Control with the Stepless Capacity Control using the kit T00WK1603

1. Remove the coils and solenoid valves (V1,V2,V3):

2. Remove the plate W3001093 with the capillary

W350A138 in the read borders.

3. Remove the gasket W3001092.

4. Clean the surface.

5. Place the gasket T00W3201092 as in figure.
The gasket is identified with notch (see picture).

6. Assemble the stepless capacity plate with 3x (M8x20)

and 2x (M10x30) bolts without tightening them.

7. Add some liquid Teflon® and assemble the two nipples

1/8” NPT 1/4” SAE in the position identified by the
red circle on the NPT thread.

8. Place the gaskets W210066, the solenoid valves V1 and V2

(for V3 see next step) and the capillary W390A138.

9. Important note for the valve V3:

before fixing with bolts, the pin in the red circle
must be removed !
Fix the V3 valve keeping the pin-hole on the left.

10. Tighten all the bolts, starting from the M10 (see tightening torque table).
