We are excited to present you the first Silent 60

launched from our own shipyard in Italy. You will
also be able to take a closer look at our brand-
new Silent Tender Series and receive an update
from our shipyards. With our production facilities
making steady progress in both Italy and Turkey,
you can expect even more launches to be
announced in the short and mid-term future.
Further news from Silent Resorts will be informing

you about the progress of the first resort on the
Bahamas as well as the announcement of the
second location.
Peter & Melissa, owners of the Silent 60 called

Vanish, will be sharing the experiences they have
made on board since the delivery of their yacht
last year. In an interview, they speak about their
first taste of the Silent lifestyle.
Amongst other interesting events such as the

Owner’s story
As owners of a Silent 60 in the US, Peter & Melissa have

been spending lots of time on board of their boat Vanish.
This chapter shares the experiences they have made so far.
Vanish is a 4 + 1 version – four guest cabins and one crew

cabin. Therefore, a maximum of eight guests and two crew
members can sleep in the cabins. As a front exit version,
the guests have direct access to the foredeck with its
open lounge space which offers enough room for up to six
people. When opening both doors in the front and the aft, a
pleasant breeze flows through the salon.

Since the delivery of Vanish during the summer of

2022, Peter & Melissa have been using their Silent
yacht extensively – they cruised from Florida on the
Atlantic Ocean and on the intracoastal waterway up
to New England in the far north of the United States.
They spent some time there, visited the Chesapeake
Bay and New York City and then cruised the same
way back to Florida. For the last couple of months,
they enjoyed their Silent yacht in the Bahamas
together with their Captain Jason Clay.
Vanish is powered by twin 135 kW electric motors, a

150 kW generator and a lithium battery pack storing
up to 225 kWh of energy.

currently being constructed on the Bahamas, we are
excited to announce the location of the second resort.
By 2024, the Bahamas resort is

expected to be fully completed, at

After a break of three years, our team was
excited to be back at the boot Düsseldorf in
Germany. We could not have asked for a better
way to kick off the new year!
The boot Düsseldorf definitely represents a

highlight of the yearly trade fair calendar. As the
largest indoor event of the industry, it attracted
over 235.000 visitors from all over the world in
its 52nd edition. They visited the show to update
themselves on the latest happenings when it
comes to boating and water sports. With more
than 1.500 exhibitors from 68 nations spreading
across 220.000 m2 in 16 halls, there was a lot to
explore.
In 2023, we were located in Hall 7a at stand number B08. On the first

day of the show, we attended the Flagship Night as Silent Yachts was
nominated for the “Yacht of the Year” Award in the “Electric” category.
As it was the 20th anniversary of the awards, a special gala event was
organized in order to host the award show.

Dubai International Boat Show

Silent Yachts participated in the Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS). At the event, we were
represented by EV-Lab, our exclusive partner for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) region.
With over 30.000 visitors and 800 exhibitors from over 60 countries on display, the DIBS
is the premier yachting event of the Middle East. During the five days of the show, over 150
boats were presented in the Dubai Harbor, which makes an immediate impression as it is
surrounded by a beautiful modern skyline. This is even more true during the nighttime, when
the sight of the city lights creates a simply amazing atmosphere.
Our booth was located in the Marine Luxury & Lifestyle Hall. As the UAE’s first multiple brand
electric vehicle platform, EV-Lab has been the local pioneers for electric mobility on land.
In combination with their passion for sustainable transport and moving the world towards
cleaner options, our close partnership is key to bringing solar powered yachting to the
Gulf region.

The overarching theme for 2023 was “Winds
of change”. More than 100 leaders gathered at
the St. Regis Palm to discuss a wide
variety of topics, ranging from digitalization and
cybersecurity in yachting all the way
to sustainability.
As one of the emerging markets for the

maritime industry, the United Arab Emirates
have enormous potential and are increasing
their investments towards renewable energies

design”, we would like to present you
Jaipur Rugs, one of India’s leading
manufacturers of premium hand knotted
carpets. As one of our selected partners,
they perfectly match our ethos of
combining luxury and sustainability.

of the highlights from their product
portfolio. These rugs are made
completely from waste yarn.
The leftover yarn from weaving is

packed in sacks and sent to weavers
who then create one-of-a-kind
designs. Given the opportunity to
express themselves, the artisans

personal stories and elements.

from food, colors, animals, musical
instruments, friends, family members,
