muerte».
I want to honor our Child God by placing Him in the cradle inside the Tent
of Meeting that housed the Ark of the Covenant. God wanted the Tent to
be in the midst of the people of Israel who represent our souls. Inside it
God wanted to meet Moses face to face who spoke to him as a friend.

It was divided into two rooms, the more recondite, the Holy of Holies, was
reserved to guard the Ark of the Covenant, symbol of God's presence. It
was made of acacia wood, which does not corrupt, and lined with gold leaf
inside and out. The Sacred Tradition saw in it the image of the Mother of
Jesus, ever-virgin, uncorrupted, pure in soul and body, shining before God
from the outside and from the inside.

In the ark were kept the tablets of the law, symbol of the will of God; the
manna symbol of the Eucharist and the rod of Aaron symbol of the
priesthood, this rod was of almond tree totally dry in the beginning, after
being one night before His Presence that God made the miracle of
greening it, giving it buds, leaves, flowers and fruits in one night.

I believe that the tent of meeting represents the whole of humanity and
the humanity of every man. God wanted to dwell in us, to be present in
our deserted hearts of God so that we seek him there and speak to him as
a friend to his friend, as a disciple to his teacher, as a sick person to his
doctor, as a son to his Good Father; so that in a dialogue of love the
mutual exchange of gifts takes place, man gives himself out of love to the
Creator and the Creator to man. This is the New Covenant.

Despite our contempt, He continues to delight in being with the children

of men. But he exhorts us, my children, listen to me: 33Happy are those
who follow my ways; 33Listen to instruction, do not reject wisdom.
34Happy is the man that hearkens to me, watching day by day at my gate,
keeping the doorposts of my door. 35Whoever finds me finds life and
obtains the favor of the Lord.

Let Us Pray
O Lord Jesus, who didst deign to forego
the greatness of the Incarnate Divinity and most Sacred Humanity,
so as to be born in time, and become a little child;
grant that we may acknowledge Infinite Wisdom in the silence of a child,
Power in weakness,
Majesty in abasement,
so that adoring thy humiliations on earth
we may contemplate thy glories in heaven.
who, with the Father and the Holy Ghost,
livest and reignest God, forever and ever. Amen
