Subject : Notice of Administrative Hearing

You are hereby notified that an online (Zoom) Administrative Hearing shall be held on
Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. in order to discuss your alleged
consistent sales deficiencies and constant failure to attain your sales targets/quota, which
are both considered violations against PPC’s Employee Code of Conduct, specifically, to
wit:

1. Gross incompetence (Section D.4.); and/or

2. Gross neglect in the performance of assigned duty (Section D.6.)

The Zoom link to the aforesaid hearing shall be duly sent to you on the same day, and you
are expected to log-in punctually. The link is exclusive and confidential, and cannot be
shared to individuals who are not invited thereat.

Please note that failure to attend the subject hearing shall be construed as a waiver on
your part to clarify pertinent issues and further explain your side. In which case, we shall
be constrained to evaluate the matter based on substantial evidence on hand, and impose
the equivalent disciplinary action.
