This guide has been issued to assist you in understanding some changes to our products and services and how they
work.
24 HOUR SUPPORT
The New version should be installed on all computers where versions 2019(v19) or 2023(v23) of the software are
currently installed. The ADP suite is not part of OneOcean and must be installed or upgraded separately. Please
see below for the information on how to obtain the new software and how to upgrade your installation.
Release Notes:
The ADP V24 is an optional upgrade from V23 and contains several non-essential bug fixes
You do not need to uninstall the previously installed version of ADP prior to installing the updated version of the
software.
Support for V19 will be withdrawn from July 2024, the only supported version from this date will be V23 and V24.
Users that are using V19 of the software should upgrade their installation(s) as soon as possible before July 2024.
• Via CloudSync (preferred): The updated installer (V24) is now available through our CloudSync portal
here.. Download the ZIP file (Approximately 500MB) and extract the content to a known folder then follow
the instructions below
• On the ADP Update Discs: If you have a disc despatch service, the AENP/ADP Update disc (from week
04/2024 or later) will include the updated ADP V24 Software installer. Once you receive the disc, load this
in your system and follow the instructions below
NOTE: If you downloaded the installer via CloudSync, browse to the folder where you extracted the new
installer, and if you are using the installer from an update disc, load the ADP update disc in your
system, and open to the “ADP V24” folder.
The new ADP Software should now be installed and should be available to be accessed from within the OneOcean
Software by clicking the links in the home menu. The ADP Software can also be accessed through the standard
program shortcuts in your system Start Menu.
