• To understand the importance of innovation and its management in a competitive and
growing industry.
• To become the ‘agents of change’ in their work environment by critically examining status
quo and striving for continuous improvement.
• To interpret the linkages between various kind of organizational strategies and the
management of innovation.
• To drive Sustainability Lead Innovation (SLI) to improve efficiency and enhance
sustainability.
Outcomes:
• Understand the dynamics of innovation application and the resulting outcomes for
