REFLECTION PAPER
Your It seems like a worthwhile experience to write a reflection paper on
your two-week work immersion as a student teacher! This could be a chance to discuss
what you discovered about teaching and learning as well as how this experience has
affected the way you see yourself and your future professional development. Taking
stock of your interactions with students, the difficulties you overcame, and the victories
you had can offer profound insights into your growth as a teacher and person.
Since we're going to be digging deep into this subject, I'm wondering if there was
a specific experience or conversation that changed your perspective on teaching or on
yourself as a potential teacher? This may be an enlightening discussion with a mentor,
a breakthrough with a student, or a difficult circumstance you overcome. By talking
about these experiences, we can deepen our conversation and get more individualized
perspectives on the teaching profession.
