4 Alexis created a model used to perform income operations. He now wants to create a user
manual to show the users how to use the system. Twenty more employees are supposed to be
added to the system.
a Using a spreadsheet software package, open the file Income.xlsx and examine the contents.
b Use a suitable word processor to create sample user documentation to show the users how to
use the model. (The formulas used in C8 to F8 must be used for each new record.)
Make sure to include screenshots and other relevant features that will help the users to easily
use the spreadsheet.

Challenge
5 You have been hired by Alexis as a system analyst to perform an evaluation of the spreadsheet
model created in Task 4 of the practice activity. Describe how you can perform system
evaluation of the model.

6 One of the features of system evaluation is the appropriateness of the solution.
