is straightforward: we store the records in the order that they are inserted into the tables,
that is, one after the other. Records in an Index file are arranged according to a record
key. A primary key is used to store records randomly on a magnetic disk or other direct
access device in an Indexing Sequential access file. A Hash file is a file that has been
transformed into a numerical string using a mathematical algorithm.

and effective way to locate files and records, hospitals might find it to be very helpful.
It could help to enhance the functionality of a hospital database.
e. What makes your file organization design unique? Rationalize your answer.
- It's not original, in my opinion, as I have a strong suspicion that this kind of concept

sustainable than any other file system.
