Technology plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the evolution of
any industry. Now a days digital technologies like machine language (ML)
and artificial intelligence (AI) both are entering into day to day working
at workplace and which will lead transformation in business. “Artificial
intelligence is defined as “an ideal intelligent” machine that is flexible
agent that perceives its environment and takes actions that maximize its
chance of success at some goal.” Artificial intelligence is an intelligence
that demonstrated by machine, in contrast to the natural intelligence
done by humans.

Artificial intelligence is helpful in various business functions where it can


help to reduce the workload and work pressure on the employees at
workplace. Rapid changes in business needs fast response. With using AI
system organization can able to inform the existing performance and
day to day function. In business pressure has been increasing, tough
managers understood the importance of artificial intelligence at
workplace. Artificial intelligence is all about making computers and
machines smart, enabling them to think, learn, and act like humans, and
perform tasks that were once thought to be possible only for people. It
involves creating software and hardware that can analyze information,
adapt to different situations, and improve over time, often with the
ultimate goal of enhancing efficiency, productivity, and automation
across various industries and applications.

Time saving is one of the advantage helps people quickly get the data
that they need. By using this artificial intelligence, we can save our time
for looking to the data that we need. Next is efficiency.AI can analysis
employee data that it can identify each employee's strength, area of
improvement and more that can help human resources to recruiting
process, improve employee engagement and retention rates. Cost-
saving is another advantage by automating repetitive tasks and
processes, AI can reduce the need for human labor, which can save costs
for the organization. Besides that, the other advantage is better in
decision making. AI can help HR professionals make informed hiring
decisions by analyzing data such as current workforce skills, industry
trends, and company growth plans, and predicting which roles might
need to be filled in the future.

In competitive era there is tremendous growth for industrial sector. To


enhance the speed and for routine work most of the industries adopting
modern technologies. Artificial intelligence and machine language has
been used by many companies in the field of human resource
department.
