How to Reset Canon iP2770 error 5200 on hardware:

Turn on the printer, and the printer will look normal.

Immediately unplug the power cord without pressing the on-off button
Open and slide the catridge to the middle manually (press the white lock latch on the back
of the head, so the cartridge can be pulled to the center)
Unplug all cartridges and leave the lid open

and will stop in the middle.
Reinstall the cartridge, and close it properly
Your printer will return to normal.

Resetter iP2770 v3400 that you downloaded:

Exctract File Resetter iP2770.

Prepare 2 papers in printer (this is for print at reset time).
Run the program Resetter iP2770
Click "SET" by setting the Clear Ink Counter Main position, then the printer will proceed,
then iP2770 will print one page with the words "D = 000.0"
Click "SET" with the Ink Absorber Counter setting of Main position, then the printer will
proceed, then click OK
Then click "EEPROM", and the printer will print the result of Resetter iP2770. One line of

"TPAGE (TTL = 00000)"
Turn off the Printer by pressing POWER button.
