DECLARATION AFFIDAVIT

I, Sri. SK. Khasim S/o Hyder R/o Lingamaridudem village of Inavol Mandal, Hanumakonda

District, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:

1) I am the deponent herein and the Petitioner as such I am well acquaintance with the facts

of the case and I am deposing as follows.

2) I am a farmer by profession. I was involved in day to day harvesting and cultivation of

agriculture hold activities in my village. I have possessed Tractor bearing No: T/r PB65

TC 335 which is used for ploughing, cultivation activities in and around surrounding of

my village. On the day i.e., on 03.04.2024 as a part of agriculture hold activities, I took up

small amount of sand from near river (VAGU) for construction of small fencing

compound around my agricultural land. Similarly, I have no intention to use that amount

of sand for any illegal or moral turpitude.

3) I do hereby declare that will never commit are take the sand from my village river

(VAGU) in the future for any instance.

4) I do hereby declare that reason state above is true and correct as per best of my

knowledge. If, this scenario continues in future the Hon’ble authority shall take

appropriate legal action which deemed to be fit against me.

5) I therefore pray that this Hon’ble authority may kindly pleased to release the above said

tractor.
