The conclude on 23.02.2015.:

AGREEMENT OF OCCASIONAL SERVICES

1. GENERAL TERMS

The contractor will realize the service of transportation for the client with the bus for the
following period :

1 03.03. - 12.03.2015

2. OTHER NOTES OF CARRIAGE For commited transport the client will pay the agreed
amount with VAT included
1. The agrreed amount for the transfer is 1.737,55 €
 2. For eventual later transfers by the dates listed in item 1 of this agreement, the price
will be set for every single transfer, depending on the final destination.
3. If the Contractor doesn’t realize the service of transportation in part or in full, the
Romanian Football Federation will be exonerated for paying the agreed amount.
4. The car transfer on 03.03.2015. at 16.05 h for 4 persons is included in the price and
needs no extra payment.
5. The buses performing transport will be Setra or Mercedes.

3. The costs included in the price listed in item 2 are :

o Tolls
o Daily allowance
o Insurance of the passengers

4. PAYMENTS

The agreed price of transportation the client shall pay, upon completion of services, within 8
days of receipt

5. INSURANCE

The passengers are insured while driving in a bus in accordance with applicable legislation

6. JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising from the application of this agreement will be dealt agreeably, the court
competent for dealing with eventual disputes is the court in the city of Buje.

This agreement is made in 4 ( four ) identical copies of which each party keeps 2 ( two )
copies
This agreement is valid without the seal an signature.
