CONTRACT FOR RENT

Date related. 06.04.2021 in Pristina.

Between BRAHIM GASHI from Pristina born in Mramor on 15.08.1949 whose identity is
ascertained by letter with personal number: 1015492267, issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with an expiration
date 02.08.2020 hereinafter referred to as the lessor on the one hand while on the other hand:

DORJAN KURO from Dibra, born in Bulqize on: 05.06.1993 whose identity has been ascertained
with the letter notification with personal number: J30605017D issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with expiration
date: 10.07.2023, hereinafter referred to as tenants

The lessor rents his property to the lessee, the apartment intended for residential use under the conditions
following and proves that he/she is the owner or legal representative of the said property.

Article 1
The property which is the object of the lease is located in Pristina, Ulpiana neighborhood, Rruga Mark Dizdari,
Entrance 5, No. 17

Article 2
The lessor and the lessee agreed that the price of the monthly rent should be the sum of: 240.00 euros,
in letters: (Two hundred and forty euros netto)

Article 3
The tenant is obliged to pay the contracted amount of rent for each month at the beginning of the month from
date: 01 to 05.

Article 4
The lessee pays a deposit in the amount of: 240.00 euros, which will remain with the lessor until completion.
of the contract, if the tenant adheres to the contract, has paid the damages, or has not damaged the apartment,
the tenant vacates the apartment before 12 months and loses the deposit.

Note: The deposit is paid in 5 installments of 50 euros per month starting from 06.04.2021

Article 5
The tenant is obliged to pay every month: electricity, water, garbage, lift and
the maintenance of the stairs starting from 06.04.2021 and to prove this with the invoices paid.
