Denisa Qarri from Kukesi with personal no. 2911955213 the lessee.

ARTICLE 1

The lessor as the owner of a comfortable two-room apartment partially furnished in Dardania
neighborhood, str. Idriz Xilani No. 19 entrance 5 in Prishtina which consists of two bedroomsliving
room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony let the apartment for rent to the lessee.
ARTICLE 2

The tenant is obliged to pay a rent of 300 EURO for each calendar month for the use of the apartment,
not counting the payments of water, waste and electricity bills.

ARTICLE 3

The lessee is obliged to pay the invoices regularly as well as the rent of the apartment every month from
the 01st to the 05th of each calendar month as long as the contract is valid.

ARTICLE 4

The apartment rent mentioned in Article 1 of the contract is in force from 10.01.2019 until an indefinite
period as long as the tenant notifies the owner one (1) month in advance of the termination of the
contract.

ARTICLE 5

The lessor is obliged to notify the lessee if he wants to terminate the contract

ARTICLE 6

For cases, the applicable provisions of the law on connected.

ARTICLE 7

This contract is considered binding on the date of its signature by the contracting parties, the lessor-
lessee.

ARTICLE 8

This contract is concluded with two (2) authentic copies, of which each party holds one (1) copy.
