The baked bread is too moist

Make sure to measure the ingredients exactly when you try the recipe again. If this is also
unsuccessful, you can add some flour. The addition of too much flour could also have a negative
effect on the baking result.
Can I use other recipes?
Of course, you can also use other recipes. It is always important that you check the quantities and
adjust them if necessary. In doing so, you can refer to the recipes in this booklet, which have been
created to make loaves of approximately 1000g, 1250g and 1500g in each case. Make sure that
you never use more than approx. 950g of flour. Before you try other recipes, we recommend that
you gain a certain level of experience with the existing recipes.

Air bubbles are visible on the bread's crust

This could indicate that you have used too much yeast. Make sure to use the exact amount of yeast
the next time, a slight reduction may also prove successful.

Addition of fruit or nuts
