NOTICES:
* Copy of your govermment tax exemption certificate form is absolutely required (application whitout tax form wil be refused)
* Application need to be provide at least 4 weeks before event.
* One and the same orgnisation is not able to recive donation more than 1 time in every 6 months.
* LOWELL INT. will not provide delivery of donated goods.

* While all requests will be responded, please note that due the high number of donation requests is received, LOWELL INT.
must choose those opportunities who are the most consistet with the company's giving priorities.

* Receiving donations, the recipient undertakes to provide a minimum of 5 photos related to the event for which the donation is intended.
The images provided will be used for marketing purposes by Lowell International Foods only without any restrictions on copyright.
