ECHOES AND PONDER
ACTIVITY 1| THE WORKER

Work is on your way. Are you prepared to works? Do you have the potential,
character, talents, and skills to take up the vigor of being a worker?

My interest in performing this is deeply rooted. In many ways, I have been preparing
for it my entire life. The work I accomplish to get ready to do the best job possible in this
position includes life experience, personal research, volunteer project, and the ideal education
to make me the very best candidate you will meet. As individuals, we live differently. We
experience various experiences and learn in different ways. This makes me a special/unique
being from the rest. With my exposure in the different areas of life-setting, I learned a lot. I
can say that I am honed physically, mentally and socially. I have what it takes to do tasks
assigned to me. I can mingle with other people, build better relationships and share my
positive mindset. I am also physically fit to do physical works at an office setting. So yes, I
have what it takes to be a worker. I am ready to tackle the job and serve in the vineyard of
Christ. A good worker must possess strong personal and professional skills. I must have the
character and the capability to perform my job in the most productive and effective manner.

I must have the sufficient knowledge and expertise in my skill to be an asset to his
company. A good employee portrays qualities like punctuality, dependability, a perfect team
member and most importantly a very hard worker. And I have those, I have trained to be a
good worker so I guaranty you that I will be a good worker, and be better along the way if
you, of course guide me. I am also willing to learn things I don’t know. Money is important
and it will follow you anyway, if you become a good employee. When you are pro-active and
take initiative in completing some of the tasks that others deny, it well fetch you some
brownie points in your appraisal, which in turn earn you higher incentives. Preparing for
work immersion is not that simple, since you are going to have exposure to a new place. But
it is also good at the same time. During the immersion, you will learn new things. Such as
becoming a good team player and at your young age you will be financially aware of what is
the real work environment. At the time you will be going to think as an adult. You will also
be going to acquire new skills and learning at the same time. With the help of this immersion,
you will be driven to achieve your goals in life especially by the help of the professionals.

ACTIVITY 3| CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Did you ever experience disagreement and conflict with co-worker? How did you handle the
situation? How would you rate your skills to handling differences of opinion? Please give an
example that illustrates those skills.

No! But handling disagreement or conflict, it’s crucial to approach them

professionally, empathize, and communicate effectively. Actively listen to the other person’s
perspective, seek common ground, and work towards a mutually beneficial solution.
Assessing skills in conflict resolution involves emotional intelligence, communication, and

cultivate a valuable reward in return of our hard work. But we need to remind ourselves that
