Following our previous regarding the acceptance of new employee, with this letter we would
like to offer you a position in our company, PT KREASI KARYA BANGSA based upon these
conditions:

Position : Photographer & Video Editor (MMD)

Basic Salary : Rp 6.600.000,-/month
Transport Allowance : Rp 15.000,-/day
Meal Allowance : Rp 20.000,-/day
Moslem Holiday Allowance : 1-month basic salary
Leave Entitlement/year : 12 working days (subject to government regulation)
BPJS Employment : 3% borne to employee (JHT = 2%, JP = 1%)
BPJS Health : 1% borne to employee
Contract Period : 6 months
