flooring/wallpaper/stone cladding etc..of your choice.
3. For Wardrobes, 2 drawers will be provided by default and any additional drawers will cost Rs 4500/- per drawer.
4. Chimney, Sink, Hob, Gas Piping, New Granite/existing removal is not included in the estimate (along with the labor cost
and transportation associated) and has to be borne by the client.
5. Light fittings, Geysers, Bathroom fittings, Fans and any other electric device procurement & installation is not included
in the estimate and has to be borne by the client.
6. Any delays arising out of the Apartment/Housing management/regulations shall be considered in our timeline if not
informed prior to us. Ensure you have all sorts of work clearance required
7. Electrification includes only alteration of the existing electrical wiring which includes only Labor (Any alteration of
electrical points need to be intimated before the installation of wooden structure). The electrification cost is based on
different electrical services availed by the customer, the specification and rates of which is provided in miscellaneous
service rate card.
8. Any ITEM not added in the Quote will be included in the final bill.
9. All electrical and false ceiling works will be completed before starting the modular and carpentry works. The actual
measurements, false ceiling measurements and number of electrical works will be taken practically at the site and the
