these items from company.
Terms & Conditions

Payment Method 70% Advance, 20 % before delivery 10% after delivery .

Please note 50% Advance is required by the client at the time of Quotation signing in order to
process client file to production. Moreover the client is required to pay the 25% remaining
Balance 01 Week Prior delivery date.

Delivery
Twelve weeks from signing of final Measurement Drawings.
Please note the final measurements can only be taken if the floor level / flooring is complete .
customer will be notified for the new delivery date by the company.

Changes and
Modifications
Any changes in the confirmed design is permitted upto the 5th day after the signing Drawings
of the final design, after this no change will be accepted.
Policy on
Cancellation
If Deal is Cancelled after received Advance, the client will be liable to pay
10% of advance payment to Company as Service charges.
However the cancellation is valid only before the signing of the Drawings design .
After the signging of drawings the 50% advance payment is non-Refundable.
Fitting and Fixtures
Fitting of the product will be dependent upon client site condition . The Client
will be informed of the Fitting status and delivery from the company through
emails. The Fitting status would include site condition and the required time to
complete the Project.
Warehouse Charges
Warehouse charges include Rs:1,000 /- per day , which will be added up in the remaining balance .
Although warehouse charges are only applicable in case the
client fails to pay the 25% remaining balance 1 week prior to delivery date . The
charges will add up from the delivery date until the client pays the remaining
Balance as well as charges upto the date the balance is cleared.
