In our fast-paced lives, where getting food and clothes online is a breeze, we understand the need for quick and
easy management of our living spaces. Our solution is a user-friendly system that takes care of daily notices,
meetings, cultural events, and all the little things that make life smoother. It even handles parking issues,
organizes funds, and generates bills automatically. We aim to make managing your community effortless, so
you can focus on what matters most to you.

I. INTRODUCTION
Android is a popular and easy-to-use operating system that makes communication easier, especially for people
with busy schedules or living far away. As cities grow, decision-makers face challenges in providing services.
Many societies still use pen and paper to keep records, but it can be tough. We're creating an app to make
record-keeping easy and take a step into the tech world. This app helps busy people stay updated on society
events and meetings. It brings transparency to transactions and works, making life simpler for everyone.
II. LITERATURE SURVEY
 Web Based Housing Management System OMOSEBI , Paul Adeoye April – 2016: The research developed a
web-based housing management system for senior staff, aiming to streamline accommodation
application/update processes, enhance data accessibility, increase productivity, and reduce production
costs.
 Housing Society Management Ms. Samidha Vengurlekar1 ,Pritesh Bhalerao2 , Nidhi Sankhe3 Apr-2022: The
proposed Android application aims to automate housing society management, providing features such as
automated notifications, event posting, and complaint tracking.

III. METHODOLOGY
We will be using the Iterative and Incremental Model, i.e. the project will be developed in increments, each
increment adding some functional capability to the system until the full system is implemented. At each step,
extensions and design modifications will be made.

V. CONCLUSION
Our solution provides an affordable and user-friendly communication platform specifically designed for
housing societies. Leveraging "Push Notification Technology," it ensures efficient member management. The
chair or secretary serves as an administrator, overseeing resident registrations and facilitating access to
services through the application of data mining and artificial intelligence.
