Optimizing School Processes through DYCIQ System

ABSTRACT

DYCIQ explores the management of queuing systems in Dr. Yanga’s Colleges,

Inc., focusing on the efficiency and effectiveness in ensuring smooth and timely processes.
The study used a mixed-methods approach, analyzing queuing data, and quantitative
feedback from users. It evaluates key performance indicators such as waiting times, and
resource utilization using queuing system. The findings provide a deeper understanding of
queuing in Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc. as an educational institution and offer practical
recommendations for optimizing queue management. Implementing the proposed
strategies is expected to reduce waiting times, enhance resource utilization, and improve
the overall school experience. Additionally, the project aims to foster a culture of efficiency
and effectiveness within the institution, laying a foundation for continual improvement and
innovation in operational processes. The capstone project serves as a valuable resource for
school administrators, students, and researchers interested in improving the operational
efficiency of educational institutions through an effective queuing system.
