Is earning money the only good reason for working?

It is a fact that nowadays, everybody needs money. And the only way of earning it, is by working
hard. Although, not every job is enjoyable for everyone. And, in general, money is not a satisfying
excuse for all of the suffering jobs usually provide. Even though, there are other good reasons that
make working something positive.

To start with; the process of studying while preparing for a career is hard, but also satisfying. Over
the years, students learn the importance of being determined, organized and hard workers. So,
among the way, they learn important lessons and become mature.

Once they started working, they will meet their colleagues. Therefore, and even if there might be
difficult days, they will somehow feel inspired and accompanied by their partners, who will make
the job seem more enjoyable.

What’s more, is that employees try to achieve certain goals, which make them feel proud of
themselves and gives them satisfaction due to their improvement.

In summary, working is more than just producing money. It’s about hard work, determination,
inspiration and companionship that make it worth it.
