1) What is important when choosing a training course?

Choosing a training course can be very exciting and confusing. Especially, when you have many great
options, it will become more difficult to choose the right one for you.

With these options and choosing difficulties, you always better do a vendor analysis and choose the right
training course. Personally, when doing a vendor analysis, I consider factors such as professional career
goals, the learning outcomes, size of the group, cost, and time of course. The first two factors are more
subjective, therefore, I continue my speech based on the last three factors.

Size of the Group,

The size of the group is one of the key factors, I’m considering when choosing a training course. I believe
small groups of classes are efficient and productive. I can easily adjust to the small group of classes than
large groups. I can always raise your questions and concerns without hesitations and it makes me more
comfortable.

The second factor is cost. We all would like more benefits and we all don’t like to pay unnecessary
amounts for anything. And it is valid for when choosing a training course. When multiple options are
available out, I tend to compare the training cost of each institute and select the fairest and appropriate
course for me.

Time is gold. Time is one of the major factors, I’m heavily considering when choosing the right training
course for me. I believe we all should have decent time frames for all the achievements in our life. I
would like to complete my courses without dragging them for a long period. Based on the nature of the
course, it may be changed. But, mostly, I would like to get the training course without being stressed out
and ultimately it will make me more productive.

The above factors are so subjective and can be varied. As per my point of view, I would like to be more
productive throughout my training course.

4). What is important, when deciding how to use your time at work.

The modern world is so complicated. Time management and work-life balance are the concepts that
society highly discussing these days. Because it is always important to manage our work time. Good time
management at the workplace leads to lower stress and higher efficiency.

Planning is one of the most important factors when deciding how to use your time at work. If we can
plan properly, we can complete more in a shorter period and at the end of the day, you are productive
and successful.

No matter, what is your level, you have to deal with work-related problems. You always need to take
decisions wisely. Some of the problems can be ignored, so we need to identify them and ignore them.
Some of the problems, we need to give our true attention and solve at the correct time. However, we
should manage problems without making an impact on organizational goals and objectives.
Deadlines are common in every organization. And we all need to adhere to deadlines. Meeting deadlines
is extremely important. I believe, we need to prioritize our work based on the deadlines. If we prioritize
our work on deadlines, we don’t need to request deadlines extensions.

Planning and managing at the workplace lead to a successful carrier and you can end your day with a lot
of satisfaction.
