are only to aviation related businesses, and are not sold to individuals due to warranty.

Avionics offered are assumed to work but are NOT yellow tagged, and can be returned if inoperative. Components
are priced individually. Racks, connectors and antennas are sold separately.

*** AVIONICS WARRANTY POLICY ***

All avionics are sold "AR" --AS REMOVED- and carry a 10 day return policy. The item can be returned for any
reason the buyer so chooses, but remember the 10 days starts THE DAY YOU RECEIVE THE PART. A full
refund is given for defective parts, excepting freight both ways. If there is a return due to customer error, a 15%
restocking charge applies. No repair or inspection charge will be allowed.

***TO ALL FOREIGN PURCHASERS OF AVIONICS***

All avionics purchased from White Industries have a 10-day return policy if the unit does not function upon
receipt. The purchaser must return the item freight prepaid, and the original shipment out has the freight added to
the purchase price or sent freight collect. Due to the cost of freight both ways and the short time for the return,
White Industries strongly suggests that the unit be checked stateside, by an avionics repair facility of the purchasers
choice, as the freight (both ways) to most foreign destinations makes a return very expensive to the purchaser. Any
testing or certification is at the purchasers' expense. Once payment has been made, White Industries will ship the
unit to any destination the purchaser chooses. This is simply a cost-saving suggestion to the purchaser.
