 OPERABLE WALL
• Operable wall is a system of individual solid or panels that can moved
independently from each other which when fitted together end to end
form a continuous flat wall.

• Operable Wall is to serve the same purpose of separating a room in a

way that creates a lasting impression about a space

• Operable Walls are used extensively in large rooms to partition the

space for maximize space utilization, revenue potential and sound
control. They are interlocking flat panels that are attached to an
overhead track to move and reconfigure.

• Operable Walls have such a huge impact on the look, feel and acoustic
control in the spaces they divide.

Simple and functional an accordion folding door is an efficient,
cost effective solution for many common door problems that
arise in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Specification ng Accordion Door Partition:

• Vinyl Laminates to 12'1", Hardwoods available to 10'1"
• Widths: Custom made to any width.
• Wheels: Nylon wheels with ball bearing roller on steel axles
• Lead Post: 3/4" x 2-3/4" heavy-duty aluminum with interlocking
jamb mold supplied for positive folding door alignment
• Latch: Thumbturn two-sides with deadlatch supplied as standard
• Stacking: 1-1/4" per lineal foot plus 2-3/4" lead post

Accordion Doors - Folding Doors - Dividers - Partitions – Walls

The accordion type of door is pleated with many vertical folds and
supported by rollers inserted in a track mounted at the top. As it is
closed the folds of the door resemble the bellows of an accordion
creating a folding divider interior door system that opens by folding
back in sections rather than swinging on hinges. The folds may vary in
size and finish depending on the application and desired look or
appeal.

Functional Applications:

Closets doors, room dividers, security doors, see-thru partitions, and

wall barriers for dividing a room. The accordion door has some great
advantages over other methods of creating a door or dividing a space.
Easily fits any width opening without building a wall or compromising
the use of the area as a whole. Our doors are used to separate living
and dining areas in homes, restaurants, care facilities, and to
reconfigure conference rooms, convention spaces or university lecture
halls.

The accordion folding door manufacturers we represent provide

accordion door panels that are available with several standard vinyl-
laminate colors and hardwood choices along with optional decorative
murals.

One of the biggest advantages to our accordion doors is that they can
be fabricated unfinished and ready for staining or can be primed for
your paint. Special paint finishes can be applied at the factory and we
can even match existing colors and finishes.

Optional Laminates can be applied such as Formica, Wilsonart, Pionite

and other specified brands.

You can also order a custom accordion folding door with a combination
of panels and panel finishes.
