WHAT WE OFFER AS PART OF TIE UP:

 We will take over the complete operational functionality of the school.
 We will provide the following support services as part of the association:
 Complete Administration and Day to Day operations shall be taken
care by us.
  Housekeeping, security, and complete safety of the entire school
will come within the scope of Electi Education.
 Teachers training and workshops throughout the year,
extracurricular and other courses will be provided by the academic
partner as per the scope of work that the school, Electi & the
academic service provider get into an agreement for.
 Course Material (Books and Worksheets, Notebooks, and
stationery) will be provided for all students and teachers.
 Complete compliance with statutory norms, internal audit
requirements, statutory audit requirements and safety and sanitary
compliance will be provided by Electi.
 AV module will be provided as per requirement.
 Uniforms, Books and all examination prep kits shall be provided
by us.
 Admission, Brand building, marketing and promotional activities
support will be provided by us.
 Transportation management will be completely taken over by us.
 Additional Add-On programs will be offered to the entirety of the
students, and the consequent profit will be shared between the parties at
an agreed rate in the commercials.

FACILITIES OFFERED BY THE SCHOOL:

 Provide the complete infrastructure adjudging ___________ grounds of
land, including the building extending up to __ classrooms, with _____
students averaging in each classroom.
COMMERCIALS:
 Post the signing of the Letter of Intent, the Electi team will conduct an
Infrastructure, Books of Account & Academic Audit of the school. With
the signing of this agreement , the school agrees to provide full
cooperation for the smooth execution of the audit. There will be two parts
to the audit. First the school will capture the basic data on excel sheets
and send it to our Finance team. The Electi team will then visit the school
for physical verification and do the in school audit.
 The finding & summary of the audit report will be submitted to the
school management in totality.
 The exact sharing of profit will be confirmed post the submission of the
audit reports & the discussion between both parties.
 A Tripartite Agreement between the School, the Academic partner &
Electi will be entered into to at this stage to formalise the association.
 The registered agreement will be for a duration of 10 years, with the
mandatory option to extend for another 10 years until and unless either
party have failed to comply with the provisions of the main agreement.
