Faculty Training Agreement

This Faculty Training Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [School/Institution


Name], hereinafter referred to as the "School," and the undersigned Principal and Teachers,
collectively referred to as the "Faculty."

Obligations of the School


1. The School agrees to sponsor and financially support the Faculty's participation in the
training program mentioned above.

2. The School will allocate the necessary resources for the Faculty to attend the training,
including funding for registration fees, travel expenses, accommodation, and other related
expenses, subject to the School's existing policies and budgetary limitations.

3. The School will provide substitute teachers or make alternative arrangements to ensure
minimal disruption to the students' learning during the Faculty's absence.

Obligations of the Faculty


1. The Faculty agrees to participate fully in the training program, attend all sessions,
complete assigned tasks and assignments, and comply with the rules and regulations set
forth by the Training Provider.

2. The Faculty agrees to share the knowledge and acquired skills with other staff members
upon their return to the School, contributing to the professional development of the entire
faculty.

3. The Faculty shall submit a detailed report or presentation summarizing the key
takeaways and recommendations from the training within two weeks after completion.

Agreement Terms
1. This Agreement shall commence on the date of signing and shall remain in effect until the
completion of the training program.

2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or cancellation of the training program, the


School and the Faculty shall engage in good faith efforts to find an alternative training
opportunity or reach a mutually agreeable resolution.

3. This Agreement may be terminated by either party in writing with a 30-day notice period.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
1. The Faculty acknowledges that any proprietary or confidential information obtained
during the training program shall be kept strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed or
used for any purpose other than professional development within the School.

2. Any intellectual property created by the Faculty during or as a result of the training
program shall be the sole property of the School, and the Faculty shall not have any rights or
claims over such intellectual property.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
[Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be
resolved amicably through mutual discussions and negotiations.
