Faculty Training Agreement

This Faculty Training Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the

- Evaluating the performance and progress of the participants.

- Issuing certificates of completion upon successful fulfillment of the training

requirements.

2. Principal and Teachers Responsibilities:

- Actively participating in the training program.

- Completing the assigned tasks and activities.

- Attending all scheduled training sessions.

- Demonstrating a commitment to applying the acquired knowledge and skills in their

professional roles.

- Providing feedback on the training program for continuous improvement.

Confidentiality
During the training program, the Principal and Teachers may have access to confidential
information belonging to the School. They agree to keep all such information confidential
and refrain from disclosing it to third parties, unless required by law or with prior written
consent from the School.

Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of __[number of days]__
days. Upon termination, the Principal and Teachers shall immediately cease participating in
the training program.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
