TEACHING ASSISTANT CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made as of this 23rd of February,


2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Mr./Ms./Mrs. (“Employee”) and Open
Minds Montessori School (“Employer”), (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
The Parties agree and covenant to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement as
follows:

1. POSITION AND CLIENT ASSIGNMENT


The Employer hereby employs the Employee in the capacity of Teacher at Open Minds
Montessori School, located in Talamban, Nasipit, Cebu City, Philippines.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Teacher agrees to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
● Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the Montessori teaching
philosophy.
● Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
● Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
● Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the overall development of
students.
● Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development
opportunities.

3. QUALIFICATIONS
The Teacher represents and warrants that they possess the necessary qualifications for
the position, including:
● Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Education or a related field.
● Previous teaching assistant experience (an advantage).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in
students.

4. COMPENSATION AND SALARY PACKAGE


The Employee will receive the following compensation and benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₱5,000
- Health insurance coverage.
- Professional development opportunities.

perks.]
5. START DATE

The employment is expected to commence on [Negotiable].

6. DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT
This contract is for an initial term of one academic year, renewable upon mutual
agreement.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY
During the term of employment and thereafter, the Employee agrees not to disclose any
confidential information related to the school, its students, or employees.

8. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this contract with written notice by the labor laws of the
Philippines.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Philippines.
